Alterations & Customs
Alterations are always available at no cost for sleeve length, shirt length and pant leg inseam for any NESST purchase. If your NESST garment ever needs mending or repair, please let me know.
If you are interested in having something entirely custom made, please email me directly with your ideas info@shop.nesst we can talk more about your project, I can give you a quote and a timeline estimate before we begin.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
As a small business, I am not currently able to provide refunds or returns. All item measurements will be listed thoroughly.
Please take note of all measurements and listing descriptions and contact me directly prior to purchase with any questions on sizing or fit.
Shipping
Ready made pieces will ship 3-5 business days. Made to order, pre-order and custom pieces will have a lead time listed on the individual item. I currently only ship within the United States.
Size ranges
By using second hand textiles, garment sizes are decided based on available yardage from the repurposed material, often enough to make only one in only one size. I am working towards creating stock of sizes ranging from XS-3XL, as a one person business, this is a slow process.
If you’re looking for a specific size, please let me know. I will take your request into consideration when creating the next batch of garments.
